Fountain Inn Fury (Fountain Inn, SC) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC), 1-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Fury confront the Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) in a challenge, on Thursday, April 25. Fountain Inn will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 14-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC).

The Hurricanes now possess a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to T.L. Hanna for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 24. Wren will confront a Yellow Jackets team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Woodmont (Piedmont, SC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 3-6.
