The Heritage Huskies lacrosse team scored 17 points and limited the host Wake Forest Cougars to 9 in the Huskies league triumph on Monday.
The Huskies (15-0) will now prepare for their game against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC). The Wolverines enter the Northern Athletic/Quad County game with a 14-3 record. In their last game, Wakefield toppled Hunt (Wilson, NC), 16-3, in a league game.
The Cougars (6-9) will now prepare for their game against Millbrook (Raleigh, NC). The Wildcats enter the Northern Athletic/Quad County game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, Millbrook toppled Jordan (Durham, NC), 10-9, in a non-league game.
