The Lake Zurich Bears lacrosse team scored 7 points and limited the host South Elgin Storm to 3 in the Bears non-league triumph on Monday.
The Bears (10-1) will now prepare for their game against Libertyville (Libertyville, IL). The Wildcats enter the North Suburban game with a 9-2 record. In their last game, Libertyville edged Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL), 17-2, in a non-league game.
The Storm (7-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Fighting Saints enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, St. Charles East edged St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL), 16-7, in a league game.
