Brandon/Evansville Chargers (Brandon, MN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN), 26-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Chargers now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Swanville for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 24. Brandon/Evansville will battle a Bulldogs squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Upsala (Upsala, MN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-1.

With the loss, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Hancock (Hancock, MN) to battle the Owls in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 25. The Owls enter the challenge with a record of 0-5.
