The crowd at Monday's league bout between the North Allegheny Tigers (Wexford, PA) and the visiting Butler Golden Tornado (Butler, PA), observed North Allegheny's softball team get by Butler by a tally of 7-1.

The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA). The Big Macs go into the WPIAL 6A 1 bout with a 4-6 record. In their last bout, Canon-McMillan tipped Mt. Lebanon (Pittsburgh, PA), 12-8, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Golden Tornado clash with the Mt. Lebanon Blue Devils (Pittsburgh, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 1 bout, on Wednesday, April 24. Butler will attempt to advance on its 2-8 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 1-4 record after their 12-8 league loss to Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA).
