The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Charter Oak Chargers (Covina, CA) and the host Covina Colts (Covina, CA), observed Charter Oak's softball team get by Covina by a tally of 9-3.

The Chargers (16-2) will now prepare for their bout against West Covina (West Covina, CA). The Bulldogs go into the Valle Vista bout with a 5-17 record. In their last bout, West Covina was routed by Diamond Ranch (Pomona, CA), 11-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Colts clash with the San Dimas Saints (San Dimas, CA) in a Valle Vista bout, on Wednesday, April 24. Covina will attempt to advance on its 10-10 season record. The Saints go into the bout with a 13-12 record after their 2-0 league loss to Northview (Covina, CA).
