The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Old Lyme Wildcats (Old Lyme, CT) and the host Haddam-Killingworth Cougars (Higganum, CT), observed Old Lyme's softball team get by Haddam-Killingworth by a tally of 1-0.

The Wildcats (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against New London (New London, CT). The Whalers go into the non-league bout with a 1-3 record. In their last bout, New London was nipped by Killingly (Killingly, CT), 13-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Hale Ray Noises (Moodus, CT) in a Shoreline - Large bout, on Thursday, April 25. Haddam-Killingworth will attempt to advance on its 8-2 season record.
