Ohio High School Softball - Hopewell-Loudon sneaks past Woodmore

The Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) softball nipped the host Woodmore Wildcats (Elmore, OH), 1-0 in Monday's non-league outing.

The Chieftains now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Danbury for a Sandusky Bay - River outing on Wednesday, April 24. Hopewell-Loudon will encounter a Lakers team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Gibsonburg (Gibsonburg, OH). The Lakers record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Woodmore moves to 6-4 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Ross (Fremont, OH) to encounter the Little Giants in a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 23.
