The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Marais des Cygnes Valley Trojans (Melvern, KS) and the visiting Oswego Indians (Oswego, KS), observed Marais des Cygnes Valley's softball team notch a victory over Oswego by a tally of 20-5.

The Trojans (6-8) will now prepare for their bout against Oswego (Oswego, KS). The Indians go into the non-league bout with a 0-4 record. In their last bout, Oswego was routed by Crest (Colony, KS), 25-7, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Marais des Cygnes Valley Trojans (Melvern, KS) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 22. Oswego will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Trojans go into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 20-5 non-league win over Burlingame (Burlingame, KS).
