The Richards Bulldogs softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Oak Lawn Spartans to 1 in the Bulldogs league win on Monday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornton Fractional South for a South Suburban - Blue battle on Tuesday, April 23. Richards will confront a Red Wolves team coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Stagg (Palos Hills, IL). The Red Wolves record now stands at 5-12.

With the loss, Oak Lawn moves to 10-7 on the season. The Spartans travel to Argo (Summit, IL) to confront the Argonauts in a South Suburban battle on Tuesday, April 23. The Argonauts come into the battle with a record of 5-11. Argo lost 8-7 in their recent league battle against Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL)
