In Monday's non-league match, the visiting West Canada Valley Indians softball team scored a nice 22-3 win over the Poland Tornadoes.

The Indians (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Mt. Markham (West Winfield, NY). The Mustangs come into the Section 3 Center State II match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Mt. Markham notched a victory over Cooperstown (Cooperstown, NY), 6-3, in a league match.

In their next game, the Tornadoes battle the Oriskany Redskins (Oriskany, NY) in a Section 3 Center State IV match, on Tuesday, April 23. Poland will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Redskins come into the match with a 4-0 record after their 5-3 league win over Hamilton (Hamilton, NY).
