Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Sayre loses to Canton

April 22, 2025: Sayre, PA 18840

The Canton Warriors triumphed over the host Sayre Redskins baseball squad by a final score of 13-5 in Tuesday's league contest.

With the triumph, Canton moves its record to 3-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Cowanesque Valley (Westfield, PA) to confront the Indians in a Northern Tier - Western contest on Thursday, April 24. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 8-1. Cowanesque Valley won 7-5 in their recent league contest against Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA)

The Redskins now possess a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Athens for a Northern Tier - Eastern contest on Friday, April 25. Sayre will confront a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-4 league loss to Troy (Troy, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 9-2.
