The Hornets now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Langley for a Liberty challenge on Friday, April 25. Herndon will clash with a Saxons team coming off a 4-3 league win over Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Saxons record now stands at 7-8.
With the defeat, George C. Marshall drops to 3-13 on the year. The Statesmen host Wakefield School (The Plains, VA) to clash with the Fighting Owls in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 25. The Fighting Owls go into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Wakefield School won 8-4 in their recent non-league challenge against Yorktown (Arlington, VA)
