In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Pittsfield Generals (Pittsfield, MA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Generals encounter the Taconic Thunder (Pittsfield, MA) in a Valley West bout, on Thursday, April 24. Pittsfield will attempt to upgrade on its 7-1 season record.
The Bombers (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against Longmeadow (Longmeadow, MA). The Lancers enter the Valley bout with a 6-4 record. In their last bout, Longmeadow was overwhelmed by Minnechaug Regional (Wilbraham, MA), 7-1, in a league bout.
