Rhode Island High School Volleyball - La Salle Academy bounced by Cranston East

Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Cranston East improves its record to 4-3 on the season. The Thunderbolts host Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI) to encounter the Chargers in a Division 1 test on Thursday, April 24. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 5-2. Chariho won 3-1 in their recent league test against Bishop Hendricken (Warwick, RI)

The Rams now own a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host East Greenwich for a non-league test on Saturday, April 26. La Salle Academy will encounter a Avengers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Barrington (Barrington, RI). The Avengers record now stands at 5-4.
