With the win, Mountain View improves its record to 19-15 on the season. The Toros travel to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ) to encounter the Mountain Lions in a 6A East Valley test on Wednesday, April 23. The Mountain Lions go into the test with a record of 14-9. Red Mountain lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against ALA - Queen Creek (Queen Creek, AZ)

The Mustangs now own a 10-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Apollo for a non-league test on Thursday, April 24. Dobson will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Valley Vista (Surprise, AZ). The Hawks record now stands at 11-12.
