The Monte Vista Monarchs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting West Hills Wolf Pack to 1 in the Monarchs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Monarchs now have a 16-8 record. They play next when they host Valhalla for a Grossmont Valley outing on Thursday, April 24. Monte Vista will play a Norsemen team coming off a 3-0 league loss to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA). The Norsemen record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, West Hills drops to 11-10 on the campaign. The Wolf pack travel to Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA) to play the Cougars in a Grossmont Valley outing on Thursday, April 24. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 6-11. Steele Canyon won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Mount Miguel (Spring Valley, CA)
