Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the North Smithfield Northmen (North Smithfield, RI) and the visiting Cranston East Thunderbolts (Cranston, RI), witnessed North Smithfield's lacrosse squad overcome Cranston East by a count of 12-5.

The Northmen (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Cranston West was overwhelmed by Cumberland (Cumberland, RI), 15-6, in a league contest.

Next, the Thunderbolts meet the East Providence Townies (East Providence, RI) in a Division 3 contest, on Monday, April 28. Cranston East will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Townies enter the contest with a 7-0 record after their 8-7 league win over Smithfield (Esmond, RI).
