Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints (Bloomington, IL) and the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL), saw Bloomington Central Catholic's soccer squad triumph over St. Thomas More by a count of 7-0.

The Saints (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Monticello (Monticello, IL). The Sages enter the Illini Prairie battle with a 14-2 record. In their last battle, Monticello tipped Meridian/Sangamon Valley (Macon, IL), 8-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Sabers battle the Illinois Valley Central Grey Ghosts (Chillicothe, IL) in a Illini Prairie battle, on Friday, April 25. St. Thomas More will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Grey Ghosts enter the battle with a 1-12 record after their 7-0 non-league win over East Peoria (East Peoria, IL).
