Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) and the host Greensboro Day School Bengals (Greensboro, NC), saw Wesleyan Christian Academy's soccer squad knock off Greensboro Day School by a count of 3-1.
The Trojans (9-3) will now prepare for their battle against Forsyth Country Day (Lewisville, NC). The Furies enter the NCISAA Piedmont battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Forsyth Country Day tipped Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Bengals battle the Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 24. Greensboro Day School will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Lion enter the battle with a 5-8 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Trinity Academy (Raleigh, NC).
