The Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) baseball trounced the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT), 18-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Lancers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montville for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 23.
With the defeat, Woodstock Academy drops to 2-2 on the year. The Centaurs travel to Fitch/East Lyme/Ledyard (Groton, CT) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-0.
