The Marcellus Mustangs lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the visiting Cazenovia Lakers to 2 in the Mustangs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now hold a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host McQuaid Jesuit for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 24. Marcellus will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 20-6 league win over Aquinas Institute (Rochester, NY). The Knights record now stands at 4-2.

With the loss, Cazenovia falls to 1-1 on the year. The Lakers travel to Jordan-Elbridge (Jordan, NY) to clash with the Eagles in a Section 3 OHSL Liberty challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-4. Jordan-Elbridge lost 15-4 in their recent league challenge against Westhill (Syracuse, NY)
