Fans at Tuesday's league test between the Scituate Spartans (North Scituate, RI) and the visiting Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI), witnessed Scituate's lacrosse squad overcome Ponaganset by a count of 9-2.

The Spartans (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Broncos enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Burrillville was overwhelmed by Lincoln (Lincoln, RI), 15-2, in a league test.

Next, the Chieftains battle the Classical Purple (Providence, RI) in a Division 4 test, on Friday, April 25. Ponaganset will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Purple enter the test with a 2-2 record after their 5-3 league win over North Providence (North Providence, RI).
