Merit Preparatory Academy Knights (Springville, UT) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Intermountain Christian Lions (Salt Lake City, UT), 5-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Merit Preparatory Academy advances its record to 10-4 on the campaign.

The Lions now have a 7-6 record.
