The Sussex County Tech softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Academy of St. Elizabeth Panthers to 0 in the non-league win on Tuesday.
The now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morristown-Beard for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 23. Sussex County Tech will confront a Crimson team coming off a 8-4 non-league loss to Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ). The Crimson record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Academy of St. Elizabeth moves to 0-5 on the season. The Panthers travel to Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ) to confront the Rangers in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Rangers come into the battle with a record of 5-6.
