The Peabody Golden Tide softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Bradford Red Devils to 0 in the Golden Tide non-league win on Tuesday.

The Golden Tide now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milan for a 2A District 14 battle on Thursday, April 24. Peabody will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Gibson County (Dyer, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-6.

With the loss, Bradford moves to 0-10 on the season. The Red devils travel to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, TN) to confront the Rockets in a 1A District 13 battle on Thursday, April 24. The Rockets come into the battle with a record of 7-7. Clarksburg won 10-6 in their recent league battle against West Carroll (Atwood, TN)
