North Carolina High School Softball - Cape Fear South View

In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Cape Fear Colts softball team scored a tight 9-6 victory over the South View Tigers.

The Colts (19-3) will now prepare for their match against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC). The Bears go into the United Eight 3A/4A match with a 17-2 record. In their last match, Gray's Creek tipped Jack Britt (Fayetteville, NC), 15-0, in a league match.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Jack Britt Buccaneers (Fayetteville, NC) in a United Eight 3A/4A match, on Friday, April 25. South View will attempt to better on its 13-5 season record. The Buccaneers go into the match with a 12-9 record after their 19-0 league win over Seventy-First (Fayetteville, NC).
