The Davie War Eagles triumphed over the visiting Parkland Mustangs softball squad by a count of 16-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the War Eagles meet the Parkland Mustangs (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Central Piedmont 4A challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Davie will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 15-0 league loss to Reagan (Pfafftown, NC).
The Mustangs (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Davie (Mocksville, NC). The War Eagles enter the Central Piedmont 4A challenge with a 12-6 record. In their last challenge, Davie was routed by West Forsyth (Clemmons, NC), 14-3, in a league challenge.
