Oregon High School Softball - Myrtle Point gets by Eddyville

In Tuesday's league match, the host Myrtle Point Bobcats softball team scored a tight 19-18 victory over the Eddyville Eagles.
The Bobcats (1-8) will now prepare for their match against Waldport (Waldport, OR). The Irish go into the 2A/1A-SD4 Special District 4 match with a 2-9 record. In their last match, Waldport tipped Lowell (Lowell, OR), 20-8, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Bandon/Pacific Tigers (Bandon, OR) in a match, on Friday, April 25. Eddyville will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 5-4 record after their 13-3 league loss to Reedsport (Reedsport, OR).
