The Elk River Elks softball squad (Elk River, MN), was routed 9-1 in Tuesday's league contest with the host Maple Grove Crimson (Maple Grove, MN)

With the triumph, Maple Grove improves its record to 5-3 on the year. The Crimson travel to Anoka (Anoka, MN) to face the Tornadoes in a Northwest Suburban contest on Thursday, April 24. The Tornadoes enter the contest with a record of 8-3. Anoka won 5-3 in their recent league contest against Andover (Andover, MN)
