The Shipley softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Friends Select Falcons to 0 in the league win on Tuesday.

The now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friends' Central for a Friends Schools battle on Friday, April 25. Shipley will confront a team coming off a 15-4 league win over Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA). The record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Friends Select moves to 0-4 on the season. The Falcons travel to Academy of the New Church (Bryn Athyn, PA) to confront the Lions in a Friends Schools battle on Friday, April 25. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 7-3. Academy of the New Church lost 16-4 in their recent league battle against Abington Friends (Jenkintown, PA)
