The Jackson South Side Hawks softball team scored 18 runs and held the host Jackson North Side Indians to 0 in the Hawks league win on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lexington for a 3A District 11 battle on Thursday, April 24. Jackson South Side will confront a Tigers team coming off a 8-2 league win over Hardin County (Savannah, TN). The Tigers record now stands at 26-12.

With the loss, Jackson North Side moves to 3-16 on the season. The Indians travel to Bolivar Central (Bolivar, TN) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Monday, April 28. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 7-3. Bolivar Central lost 7-4 in their recent league battle against Haywood (Brownsville, TN)
