The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Monroe Central Seminoles (Woodsfield, OH) and the visiting Shenandoah Zeps (Sarahsville, OH), observed Monroe Central's softball team notch a victory over Shenandoah by a final score of 14-1.

The Seminoles (7-9) will now prepare for their bout against Shadyside (Shadyside, OH). The Tigers go into the Ohio Valley Athletic AA bout with a 10-7 record. In their last bout, Shadyside gained a win over Beallsville (Beallsville, OH), 17-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Zeps battle the Caldwell Redskins (Caldwell, OH) in a Pioneer Valley bout, on Wednesday, April 23. Shenandoah will attempt to better on its 0-9 season record. The Redskins go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 4-2 non-league win over Buckeye Trail (Lore City, OH).
