The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the South Lyon Lions (South Lyon, MI) and the host Mott Corsairs (Waterford, MI), observed South Lyon's softball team prevail over Mott by a tally of 23-0.

The Lions (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against South Lyon East (South Lyon, MI). The Cougars go into the Lakes Valley bout with a 5-8 record. In their last bout, South Lyon East was routed by Milford (Highland, MI), 8-5, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Corsairs clash with the Kettering Captains (Waterford, MI) in a Lakes Valley bout, on Thursday, April 24. Mott will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Captains go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 16-1 league loss to Lakeland (White Lake, MI).
