In Tuesday's league test, the Navajo Prep Eagles (Farmington, NM) softball squad the visiting Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM), by a tally of 19-16.
Next, the Eagles meet the Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM) in a 3A District 1 test, on Tuesday, April 22. Navajo Prep will attempt to advance on its 14-5 season record. The Cougars go into the test with a 8-9 record after their 18-3 league win over Zuni (Zuni, NM).
The Cougars (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Eagles go into the 3A District 1 test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Navajo Prep held off Newcomb (Newcomb, NM), 32-5, in a league test.
