The Wolverines now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Menahga for a Park Region battle on Thursday, April 24. Wadena-Deer Creek will confront a Braves team coming off a 11-2 league win over Parkers Prairie (Parkers Prairie, MN). The Braves record now stands at 8-2.

With the loss, New York Mills moves to 2-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to Pillager (Pillager, MN) to confront the Huskies in a Park Region battle on Tuesday, April 29. The Huskies come into the battle with a record of 4-6. Pillager won 7-2 in their recent non-league battle against Osakis (Osakis, MN)
