In Tuesday's league match, the host Ocean View Christian Patriots softball team scored a nice 19-9 win over the San Diego Academy Cavaliers.

The Patriots (4-4) will now prepare for their match against Bonsall (Bonsall, CA). The Legionnaires come into the Summit match with a 10-4 record. In their last match, Bonsall notched a victory over High Tech SD (San Diego, CA), 10-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Cavaliers confront the Chula Vista Learning Community Charter Cobras (San Diego, CA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 24. San Diego Academy will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Cobras come into the match with a 5-9 record after their 14-7 league win over Bayfront Charter (Chula Vista, CA).
