The Mission Bay Buccaneers lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Lincoln Hornets to 5 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Buccaneers now own a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Clairemont for a City challenge on Friday, April 24. Mission Bay will clash with a Chieftains squad coming off a 15-2 league win over Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Chieftains record now stands at 13-1.
With the loss, Lincoln falls to 0-6 on the year. The Hornets host Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Marauders in a City challenge on Friday, May 1. The Marauders go into the challenge with a record of 3-6.
