New York High School Softball - Bloomfield bounces Red Jacket

The Bloomfield Bombers softball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Red Jacket Indians to 5 in the Bombers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Bombers now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Honeoye for a non-league battle on Friday, April 24. Bloomfield will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 15-3 league loss to Dundee/Bradford Central (Dundee, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.

With the loss, Red Jacket drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Dundee/Bradford Central (Dundee, NY) to battle the BraveScots in a bout on Thursday, April 23. The BraveScots go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Dundee/Bradford Central won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Lyons (Lyons, NY)
