Ohio High School Softball - Springfield bounces McKinley

The Springfield Tigers (New Middletown, OH) softball routed the visiting McKinley Trojans (Sebring, OH), 19-1 in Wednesday's league outing.

The Tigers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 25. Springfield will encounter a Leopards team coming off a 18-2 league loss to Garfield (Garrettsville, OH). The Leopards record now stands at 2-9.

With the loss, McKinley moves to 1-15 on the season. The Trojans travel to Leetonia (Leetonia, OH) to encounter the Bears in a non-league outing on Friday, April 24. The Bears come into the outing with a record of 0-15. Leetonia lost 16-6 in their recent non-league outing against Aquinas (Louisville, OH)
