North Carolina High School Soccer - Cornerstone Charter Academy nudges North Carolina Leadership Academy

The North Carolina Leadership Academy Falcons soccer team (Kernersville, NC), was nipped 2-1 in Friday's non-league outing with the host Cornerstone Charter Academy Cardinals (Greensboro, NC)

With the win, Cornerstone Charter Academy advances its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Clover Garden (Burlington, NC) to battle the Grizzlies in a Central Tar Heel 1A contest on Friday, April 30. The Grizzlies enter the contest with a record of 2-7.

The Falcons now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest Guilford for a non-league contest on Monday, April 26. North Carolina Leadership Academy will face a Cowboys team coming off a 1-0 league win over Western Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Cowboys record now stands at 10-1.
