In Saturday's league game, the host North Fork Miners baseball team scored a nice 14-1 victory over the Aspen Skiers.
The Miners (12-3) will now prepare for their game against Aspen (Aspen, CO). The Skiers go into the 3A Western Slope game with a 0-9 record. In their last game, Aspen was overwhelmed by Rangely (Rangely, CO), 19-18, in a non-league game.
The Skiers (0-11) will now prepare for their game against North Fork (Hotchkiss, CO). The Miners go into the 3A Western Slope game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, North Fork overcame Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO), 6-3, in a league game.
