Indiana High School Baseball - Logansport defeats Benton Central

April 23, 2022: Logansport, IN 46947

Logansport Berries (Logansport, IN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Benton Central Bison (Oxford, IN), 13-7 in a non-league test.

With the win, Logansport upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The Berries travel to Rochester (Rochester, IN) to battle the Zebras in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 26. The Zebras come into the test with a record of 8-0. Rochester won 12-4 in their recent league test against Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN)

With the defeat, Benton Central falls to 2-8 on the season. The Bison host Fountain Central (Veedersburg, IN) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Monday, April 25. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 1-7. Fountain Central lost 12-6 in their recent league test against Seeger (West Lebanon, IN)
