With the win, River Road upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Friona (Friona, TX) to battle the Chieftans in a 3A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Chieftans come into the test with a record of 5-8. Friona lost 12-2 in their recent league test against Bushland (Bushland, TX)

With the defeat, Dimmitt falls to 4-11 on the season. The Bobcats host Tulia (Tulia, TX) to battle the Hornets in a 3A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 3-13.
