In Saturday's league game, the host Lincoln Railsplitters baseball team scored a tight 4-1 victory over the Effingham Flaming Hearts.
The Railsplitters (10-6) will now prepare for their game against Morton (Morton, IL). The Potters go into the non-league game with a 13-4 record. In their last game, Morton by Metamora (Metamora, IL), 1-0, in a league game.
