The Gloucester Fishermen (Gloucester, MA) baseball trounced the visiting Lynn English Bulldogs (Lynn, MA), 9-0 in Saturday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Fishermen play the Saugus Sachems (Saugus, MA) in a Northeastern - North contest, on Wednesday, April 27. Gloucester will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Sachems enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Swampscott (Swampscott, MA).
The Bulldogs now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Malden for a Greater Boston contest on Monday, April 25. Lynn English will play a Golden Tornados squad coming off a 13-8 non-league loss to Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Golden Tornados record now stands at 2-5.
