The Ilwaco Fishermen baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Ocosta Wildcats to 5 in the Fishermen league victory on Saturday.
The Fishermen (9-7) will now prepare for their match against Ocosta (Westport, WA). The Wildcats go into the 2B Pacific match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Ocosta edged Oakville (Oakville, WA), 12-11, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their match against Ilwaco (Ilwaco, WA). The Fishermen go into the 2B Pacific match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Ilwaco was overwhelmed by Hoquiam (Hoquiam, WA), 4-2, in a non-league match.
