Texas High School Baseball - Lone Star defeats Reedy

Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Reedy Lions (Frisco, TX), 8-2 in a league test.

With the win, Lone Star upgrades its record to 15-7 on the season. The Rangers host Liberty (Frisco, TX) to battle the Redhawks in a 5A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Redhawks come into the test with a record of 11-12. Liberty lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Memorial (Frisco, TX)

With the defeat, Reedy falls to 13-11 on the season. The Lions travel to Independence (Frisco, TX) to battle the Knights in a 5A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, April 26. The Knights come into the test with a record of 14-8. Independence won 2-0 in their recent league test against Heritage (Frisco, TX)
