The Asheville School (Independent) Blues (Asheville, NC) lacrosse triumphed over the visiting Asheville Cougars (Asheville, NC), 19-6 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Asheville School (Independent) upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Blues host Christ School (Arden, NC) to battle the Greenies in a NCISAA - Division I outing on Wednesday, April 27. The Greenies go into the outing with a record of 9-3. Christ School won 12-4 in their recent non-league outing against McCallie (Chattanooga, TN)
With the defeat, Asheville drops to 2-9 on the season. The Cougars travel to St. Stephens (Hickory, NC) to battle the Indians in a NW/The Mountain/Western Foothills/Mtn. Foothills outing on Monday, April 25. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 7-6. St. Stephens won 20-2 in their recent league outing against Patton (Morganton, NC)
