West Virginia High School Softball - Charleston Catholic can't hold off Webster County

The Webster County Highlanders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Charleston Catholic Irish to 9 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Webster County improves its record to 9-11 on the year. The Highlanders host Richwood (Richwood, WV) to clash with the Lumberjacks in a non-league game on Monday, April 25. The Lumberjacks come into the game with a record of 2-5. Richwood lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Midland Trail (Hico, WV)
In their next game, the Irish clash with the Teays Valley Christian Lions (Scott Depot, WV) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 25. Charleston Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record.
